Gates MC1001 Hand Crimper Starter Kit

Gates have been manufacturing hydraulic hose for over 100 years. Now they’ve put together a starter kit so you can make your own hose assemblies on site, using high-quality Gates hose and connectors, and an easy-to-use self-assembly machine. But you won’t just save on the cost of making the assemblies. MC1001 Hose Crimper is an ideal portable machine and, in the field, every minute counts. In today's environment, equipment, whether it be agricultural, construction or mining, simply cannot afford unnecessary downtime. A simple to use, lightweight machine suitable for workshops wanting to manufacture hydraulic hose assemblies for their own use. The crimper can accommodate hose assemblies up to 1” wire braid.

We have two MC10001 - Gates hydraulic hose crimper starter kits to choose from, you have the BSP Kit or the BSP & Metric Kit. Below is an outline of what the kit includes:

BSP:

• 1 x MC1001 Gates Crimper 
• 1 x Each of the dies required to crimp wire braid hose up to 3/4"
• 10 Mtrs of each 1/4, 1/2 & 3/4" Hose 
• 20 Mtrs of 3/8" Hose 
• Variety of fittings, in BSP thread with both Male and Female options.
