Gates GlobalSpiral™ Ferrules
Gates GlobalSpiral™ couplings provide superior performance for extremely high-pressure, high-impulse spiral-wire hydraulic hose applications. The innovative two-piece, no-skive ferrule design allows for fast, tailor made assemblies. Eliminating the skiving process drastically reduces assembly time, labour, odour, fabrication errors and contamination of the fluid power system.
Gates GlobalSpiral™ couplings are available in more than 80 thread configurations, if you cannot find what you require, please contact us. GlobalSpiral™ thread ends can handle working pressures up to 6,000 psi. Coated with TuffCoat™ plating - more than five times better corrosion resistance than SAE ASTMB117 specification.
Gates GlobalSpiral™ fittings can be used on hoses with up to 6000 psi working pressure in all sizes and are easy to fit with Gates split flange & O-ring kits.
