The Gates Global Spiral Fitting is a two piece, no skive coupling which provides superior performance for high pressure and high impulse hydraulic applications. It surpassed one million impulse cycles at 133% of maximum working pressure at 120°C without failure. Gates Global Spiral fittings can be used on hoses with up to 6000 psi working pressure in all sizes and are easy to fit with Gates split flange & O ring kits. The no-skive ferrule eliminates the need for skiving equipment, as well as removing the risk from odours and dust created while removing the protective outer cover from the hose.
